To help address maternal/infant health disparities, in 2024, West Central Indiana-Fetal Infant Mortality Review and the Tippecanoe County Health Department will be partnering with Transformed Birth Services to provide the CommUNITY Pregnancy Support Program. A diverse team of doulas and nurse practitioners will meet monthly with minority and low income populations in a group setting to provide education, support, and connection to resources. The group will meet at Bauer Family Resources’ new building, Grace’s House, where many social needs can be met on site.
